Since 2013 I have been studying Depth Psychology with an emphasis in Somatics at Pacifica Graduate Institute. I received my MA in 2015 and my PhD in 2021

From 2013- to the present, I have been creating a somatic experience that draws together depth psychology and somatic studies called Metamorphois (M):

The M process is a choreographed ceremonial healing ritual that metaphorically goes through the stages of evolution that the caterpillar goes through in becoming a butterfly. The participants are guided through an intention setting process, followed by a yoga nidra experience, and culminating in a women’s sharing circle. This somatic depth psychological practice is intended to have both ceremonial and rite of passage overtones as it invokes the most common of situational archetypes – Death and Rebirth.
